Privacy Policy

Effective: September 1, 2026

The short version: DayLog10 has no servers and no accounts. Your plans and reflections live on your device and in your personal iCloud. We cannot see them — and we collect nothing.

What the app stores, and where

Everything you enter in DayLog10 — your Top 3, drawer items, big rocks, routines, weekday themes, time blocks, and evening reflections — is stored on your device. If iCloud is enabled on your device, the same data syncs to your private iCloud database (Apple CloudKit) so it follows you across your devices. This data is tied to your Apple ID and is accessible only to you. The developer has no server and no technical ability to read, access, or share it.

Calendar access (optional)

If you turn on the time-block view, the app asks for read-only access to your calendar so your existing events can appear next to your day plan. Calendar data is displayed only — it is never modified, stored by the app, or transmitted anywhere.

Notifications

The evening reminder is a local notification scheduled on your device. No push servers are involved.

What we don't do

• No analytics, no tracking, no advertising
• No third-party SDKs
• No accounts, no sign-up, no personal information collected

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes all data stored on your device. To remove synced data from your iCloud as well, go to Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → DayLog10 and delete the data there.
